Full-Time, Hospital-Employed CRNA Position – Greater Boston Suburb

Job Highlights:

• 4x10s weekday schedule – no call, no weekends, no holidays
• Direct hospital employment (W-2) with full benefits
• 🤝 Low MDA-to-CRNA ratio (2:1), supportive team culture
• 🧠 Case mix: General, ENT, ortho, neuro, plastics, urology
• No OB, peds, or cardiac
• Optional regionals (spinals, epidurals, blocks)
• Teaching opportunities available (students and residents onsite)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Well above-market base salary
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

• ️ 6 weeks PTO + 2 personal days (includes holidays & sick leave)
