This position offers a vibrant and impactful career within a globally recognized law firm, ideal for professionals eager to advance their skills in litigation and case strategy.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.Prepare legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in compliance with court rules and deadlines.Conduct depositions, prepare deposition summaries, and analyze testimony for case strategy.Review legal documents and conduct research to support case development and strategy.Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience.Must be a member in good standing with the Texas State Bar (U.S. JD required).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently with appropriate supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.Benefits:Flexible hybrid schedule; Only required to be in office 1 day a week.Minimum 20 days of PTO and 11 paid holidays.401K, medical, dental, vision, fertility & family forming benefits, 14 weeks paid parental leave, and vacation incentive.Apply to be considered!
