Driving data solutions independently, the full-time Staff BI Engineer will lead discussions on business KPIs and reporting with stakeholders while working remotely from the EST zone. Key responsibilities Independently craft and drive data solutions, including discussions around business KPIs and reporting Direct and lead the creation of visualizations and dashboards to illustrate business trends and patterns Build and enforce common design patterns to enhance report reusability and standardization Required qualifications 7+ years of professional experience with increasing complexity of work 5+ years of experience in building reporting and dashboarding solutions using tools like Tableau or PowerBI 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering 2+ years of experience with data modeling tools such as dbt or Coalesce Expertise in at least one DBMS platform like Snowflake, Redshift, or PostgreSQL
