Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Staff Backend Software Engineer will design, develop, and operate large-scale applications for SentinelOne's Endpoint Protection product, working remotely to secure millions of devices globally. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-volume, low-latency applications capable of processing millions of events per second Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Maintain application stability and data integrity by monitoring key metrics and improving the codebase Required qualifications: 8 years of professional backend development experience, preferably in Java and/or Golang Experience designing large-scale high-load distributed systems Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes Familiarity with databases and messaging systems including Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis Experience in an enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity software environment is highly preferred
