Staff Backend Engineer — AI & Systems Architecture

Oliv AI, a San Francisco–based SalesTech startup, is seeking an exceptional engineer to join the core team. This high-ownership role spans architecture, prototyping, production, and iteration across backend systems, with room to tackle frontend, infrastructure, data, AI/LLM integrations, and internal tooling as needed.

You’ll own complex problems from first principles, design scalable systems, prototype quickly, and raise the engineering bar by example.
