Qorvo serves multiple high-growth segments of large global markets, including consumer electronics, smart home/IoT, automotive, EVs, battery-powered appliances, network infrastructure, healthcare and aerospace/defense.Responsibilities:Provide the primary technical interface with a variety of customers, via phone, email, live web chat, and occasional face-to-face customer visitsRespond to all technical inquiries in a professional and positive mannerResolve design issues by making product recommendations as required by customersExercise excellent business judgment to determine additional support as needed or escalation as requiredProvide test support as needed for customer requested special testingWork as a collaborative and professional team member in cross-functional situations with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Production, Distribution channel and MarketingRequirements:Must have experience in RF components and able to quickly come up to speed on technical aspects of these productsApplications Engineer with working knowledge of RF/Microwave semiconductors for power amplifiers, LNA, phase shifters, switches, and filters.Experience and knowledge in software development (Python preferred but not required)Ability to work independently and in a team, to working on solutions for issues in customer designsExperience in a customer facing role in a sales or support environment requiredExcellent business communication skills, written and spoken English, and solid presentation skillsPositive, supportive attitude in a mutually-respectful environment required at all timesMust possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis in RF, plus 8 or more years of experience in design and/or test or as a sales engineer in the RF spaceCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience: $125,400 - $163,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)Qorvo is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
