Owning the architecture and evolution of the enterprise AI platform ecosystem, the full-time Staff AI Platform Engineer will ensure scalability, security, and performance across tools and integrations while working remotely within the US in EST or CST time zones. Key responsibilities Drive platform strategy decisions through build versus buy analysis, cost modeling, and risk evaluation Design and implement self-service platform capabilities to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools Establish and scale identity and access management, audit logging, and governance frameworks Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or IT operations within enterprise environments At least 4 years of experience building or administering enterprise SaaS platforms at scale with 1-2 years working with enterprise AI platforms Strong experience building internal platforms, including self-service tooling, APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure-as-code solutions Deep expertise in identity and access management, audit logging, and governance frameworks for cloud-based systems Proven track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards across teams or organizations
