Key responsibilities Build and deploy ML/LLM features, converting unstructured text into structured signals Create and maintain data pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, and analytics Lead architecture and technical direction for applied AI, mentoring engineers and establishing best practices Required qualifications 8+ years of experience building and shipping production ML systems Strong Python skills with experience in ML/LLM libraries and tooling Proven ability to design production-grade pipelines and operate models in real systems Solid grounding in ML fundamentals including NLP and deep learning Experience with MLOps best practices and large-scale data processing using Databricks/Spark
