Staff AccountantPay Range: $65,000 - $72,000 annually, based on experience Location: Lanco IntegratedLanco Integrated is a leading manufacturer of custom equipment for production automation and a builder of flexible turnkey assembly systems. With machines installed in over 30 countries, Lanco has extensive experience in the construction of special-purpose equipment as well as the integration of industrial robots and other commercially available automation products. We provide custom automation solutions for industries including medical devices, consumer products, defense, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.

Lanco Integrated is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, working cross functionally with partners throughout the company as part of a team of experienced finance leaders. The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations with resolution of variances.Support inventory and work-in-process (WIP) tracking and reconciliationsPayroll processing and related reportingPartner with project managers to support project setup and basic financial trackingAssist with audit preparation and financial reporting activitiesParticipate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements and support ad hoc projects as needed.Additional exposure to AP/ARQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-size organizationWorking knowledge of U.S.
