If you thrive on accuracy, organization, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entriesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely mannerAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsReconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activitySupport payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsAssist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysisCoordinate with project managers and operations staff to track job costing and expensesRequirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus)Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principlesHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsSERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is a locally owned franchise backed by one of the most recognized and respected names in the restoration industry.
