What You’ll Do
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Assist with inventory accounting, purchase orders, and variance research
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP
- Partner with accounting, operations, procurement, and field teams
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting controls
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–4 years of accounting experience
- Corporate accounting, public accounting, inventory, or operational accounting experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across accounting and operational teams
- CPA, CPA candidacy, or interest in pursuing certification preferred
- SAP experience preferred
