Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Our client is seeking an entry-level staff accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role offers a foundational start in the accounting field, with the opportunity to grow into full-service general ledger responsibilities over time.

Candidates can be recent accounting graduates or staff auditors in public accounting looking to move away from external audit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly cash flow, billing, and aging reports
• Manage billing and collections for multiple clients
• Reconcile daily bank transactions with the general ledger
• Support clients and team members in following payment policies
• Generate financial reports for management
• Monitor billing, receivables, and collection schedules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA-eligible and working toward CPA licensure
• Strong team player with clear written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation - must be okay with 5 days in office
