Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare account reconciliations and maintain balance sheet supporting schedules
• Record journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities
• Support construction job costing and review project-related costs for accuracy
• Prepare audit support schedules and assist with compliance-related reporting

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting environments
• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor
• Construction accounting and job costing experience strongly preferred
