Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Support general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Help prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to production activity
- Provide financial and operational reporting to senior leadership
- Support compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with operations and leadership on cost tracking and process improvements
- Assist with transitioning accounting responsibilities away from third-party providers
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in a staff or general accounting role
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or production-based environment preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
- Comfortable working in a small-company environment with limited accounting redundancy
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential financial information
