Analyzing and reviewing financial statements, the full-time remote Arkansas CPA Staff Accountant will prepare financial data, assist with audits, and perform advanced accounting functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Key responsibilities Analyzes and reviews financial statements for accuracy and compliance Prepares journal entries, codes invoices, and performs accounting analysis and reconciliation Assists with financial reporting audits and provides coaching to less experienced accountants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Finance degree must include Intermediate Accounting I & II Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Minimum three years of accounting experience or a Master's degree with one year of experience Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
