Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices, including batching, routing for approval, cash disbursements, and bank interactions
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support accounts receivable activities and communicate with vendors as needed
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
