Staff AccountantOur client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with the monthly close process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger experience and solid Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, and Advanced Excel skills are ideal.
In office role, work from home on Friday's.Key Responsibilities:Provide general ledger support, including account analysis and reconciliations.Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.Assist with the month-end close process and related accounting activities.Support balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Help ensure the integrity of accounting data and compliance with internal procedures.Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc accounting projects as needed.Utilize Advanced Excel for analysis, reporting, and data management.
