Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Own month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting and cost accounting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and partner with operations leadership.
• Prepare financial reports and support financial statement accuracy.
• Assist with process improvements, audits, and internal controls.
• Support ERP transactions and accounting process efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 2+ years of accounting or staff accountant experience.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Manufacturing, inventory accounting, or cost accounting experience preferred.
