Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant): Staff Accountant
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries
- Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations, analysis, and related reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and support internal and external financial reports
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and efficiencies
Qualifications (Staff Accountant): Staff Accountant
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
