We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement — and we're looking for people who share those values.Job SummaryThe Staff Accountant is primarily responsible for month-end close activities, monthly bank reconciliation, and managing Centro's fixed asset accounting.

This includes creating and posting journal entries and maintaining general ledger account reconciliations. This role assists with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as needed. The Staff Accountant will focus on maintaining accurate financial statements while working closely with the Controller on ad-hoc projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform month-end tasks that involve analysis, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.

Key tasks include:intercompanyprepaid software and insurancehealthcare, property tax, and sales/use tax accrualsproduct return accrual and analysisManage fixed asset accounting, including tracking new capital expenditures.Reconcile Centro's monthly bank statements to the general ledger and communicate required adjusting journal entries.Manage accounting and financial statements for the Centro UK entityAssist with accounts receivable and accounts payablePartner with the Controller on ad-hoc reporting and financial projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance and two years of finance-related experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsCommitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and teamworkAbility to handle detailed information and apply accounting logicComfortable working in an office setting with occasional visits to the manufacturing floorWork Environment & ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOffice-based with occasional time in the manufacturing environmentMust be able to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipmentWhy Join CentroAt Centro, we value our people and their contributions.
