Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing healthcare organization. This role will support the accounting operations for multiple entities and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple healthcare entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with operational and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting multi-entity healthcare accounting environments.
• Public accounting background strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
