This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to support a growing organization with its day-to-day financial operations. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, supporting month-end close, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities - Staff Accountant
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Analyze financial data and assist in reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Qualifications - Staff Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
