Role: Staff Accountant (Temporary to Hire)

Key Responsibilities n
- General Ledger & Accounting: Prepare and post routine and complex journal entries. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly.
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Play an active role in the financial close process by running reports, calculating accruals, tracking prepaid expenses, and ensuring timely reporting.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Assist with billing, payment processing, expense report audits, and vendor/customer inquiry resolution as needed.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in drafting monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis against budgets. n
