Staff Accountant Job in Lake Mills
An international manufacturing company is looking to add a new Staff Accountant to their team. This position will have the chance to quickly move up the ladder as the company continues growing. They are also moving into a brand new HQ next year, so it is an exciting time to be there!
Job Duties:
- Partner with Controller on month/year end close procedures
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting procedures
- AR reconciliations
- Assist with department goal setting
- Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory
- Provide support for other accounting functions when needed
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting REQUIRED
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- 1+ years accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving and process improvement mindset
