Staff Accountant
Location: Greenfield, IN | Fully In-Office
Salary: $60–70K, with flexibility up to $75K + 5% Bonus

What you’ll do:
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Maintain and reconcile assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
Perform month-end close activities
Support additional accounting and financial reporting needs
What they’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, polished communication style
Banking or financial services experience is a huge plus
