Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain inventory and manufacturing-related accounting records
• Assist with cost accounting and operational reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on financial insights and reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience is a plus but not required
