Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. You’ll work closely with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
- Support the development of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Completion of at least one accounting, audit, or tax internship or some experience (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
