Robert Half’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team is growing locally, and we’re looking for talented accounting and finance professionals to join our Triangle-based consultancy.
What is FTEP?
FTEP consultants are full-time Robert Half employees who support our clients on project-based and interim engagements. You’ll work with organizations across the Triangle—ranging from nonprofits and local governments to life sciences, construction, tech, and manufacturing—while remaining a permanent employee with salary, benefits, and paid time off.

Typical backgrounds we’re excited about:
