Selmet is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our precision aerospace manufacturing operations in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. You will assist with cost accounting for manufacturing, fixed asset tracking, AP/AR review, and variance analysis.
The Staff Accountant will help prepare financial reports, support audits, and partner with operations on budgeting and forecasts. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, continuous-improvement environment.
