Stacker | Contract-to-HireInterview: Onsite Schedule:Training (Week 1): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMRegular Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 12-hour scheduleEvery other weekend off$1.50/hr night shift differential after trainingWork Environment:Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facilityLoud production environmentSafety shoes required; additional PPE providedPosition SummaryThe Stacker is responsible for safely stacking decking boards onto pallets, inspecting product quality, securing pallets, and supporting production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManually stack and palletize products according to production requirementsInspect boards for length, squareness, embossing quality, and overall appearanceClean boards before the embossing processMove materials between pallets, conveyors, tables, and work areasSecure pallets by properly stacking and strapping productsCut scrap material using a table sawMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesPerform general labor duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing experience preferredBasic math, reading, and writing skillsAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as neededAbility to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsLift and carry up to 50 lbs.Stand for extended periodsFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pullingRepetitive use of hands, arms, and shouldersAbility to perform visual quality inspectionsEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire (No education package required)
