VP Of Asset ManagementOur client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that's looking for a VP of Asset Management. This position is onsite.The salary for this position is $90K – $150K.The VP of Asset Management will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Managed portfolio performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance reporting.Executed asset strategies to maximize value through revenue optimization, refinancing evaluations, and portfolio planning.Partnered with property management teams to develop, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans.Oversaw capital projects and asset improvement initiatives, including budget management and stakeholder communication.Managed lender compliance, loan administration, reporting requirements, and real estate tax matters.Conducted property inspections and operational reviews, recommending actions to enhance asset performance.Supported acquisitions, dispositions, and partner relations through due diligence, transaction oversight, and stakeholder communication.The VP of Asset Management will possess the following:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, financial underwriting, and fund management.Technical skills such as Python, Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, and ARGUSDetailed oriented self-starter with managerial skillsSmart, energetic, team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellenceStrong organizational and time management skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
