Sr. UX Designer

User Experience Designer (UXD)

We are seeking a detail-driven User Experience Designer (UXD) with 7+ years of experience working directly developing design systems, connecting design and engineering workflows, and ensuring design systems are consistently implemented, scalable, and effective across digital products. You’ll act as the bridge between UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams—translating design components into usable, accessible, and production-ready solutions.

In this role, you’ll help maintain the integrity of design systems, integrate updates across platforms, and champion best practices for adoption. Your work will empower teams to design and build faster while delivering a cohesive, customer-first experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design System Implementation

• Design and maintain design system and integrate components into development environments, ensuring fidelity between design and production.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to refine and document component specifications, usage guidelines, and interaction patterns.
• Manage versioning, updates, and rollouts of design system libraries across teams and platforms.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with UX/UI designers to translate visual and interaction patterns into reusable coded components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure system components are performant, accessible, and easy to implement.
• Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to product teams adopting the design system.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure consistency and alignment across products by advocating for design system usage and best practices.
• Audit existing implementations to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure all components meet WCAG and inclusive design standards.
