Sr UX Designer
Domains Long term contract – paperwork will show 6 months to start, as a formality, WSI Fieldglass system goes by every 3 months, though the expectation here is long term. M-Th in-office: 100 North Point, San Francisco, CA 94133.
• 3-5 years experience working in Ecommerce with deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
• Ability to rapidly product multiple design solutions for experiments in lean/agile fashion
• Must have well-rounded background in E-Commerce
o Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design)
o Strong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the website.
• Experience with Figma (they use this for everything - design and prototyping).
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
• Creative and testing mindset – looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution.
• Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
• Proactive, high level of engagement, etc.
