Sr UX Designer

Must have handled banking account portfolios and P& L responsibility - Banking & Capital markets experience needed
• Proven experience in client management, coordination and negotiation skills. Must have ability to connect closely with customer
• Experience in delivery management for
o cross & next gen skills (Cloud migration / data / insights / modeling / experience rewrite etc) and projects using methodologies such as Agile (scrum, feature driven, lean, squad-tribe, etc)
Technical Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience in UX design who has deep trading experience to lead the design of our internal trading platform. This designer must have previous trading experience of working / leading design on a multi-asset treading platform.
Product / UX Designer
• Journey mapping
• Workflow analysis
• Wireframes
• Prototypes (Figma / Axure)
• Visual design skills - nice to have, not essential
• Experience with large enterprise design systems
• Financial experience not essential but large complex systems a must
Visual Designer
• Visual design skills across marketing experiences and/or complex enterprise products
• Experience using enterprise design systems
• Ability to use visual design to communicate complex data and informational requirements beautifully and intuitively
User Researcher
• Experience at defining and running research engagements independently
• Qual & quant experience
• Happy to work on both external and internal facing products
• Able to work at various altitudes across the product development lifecycle and tailor the research method to suit the need'
