Sr UX Designer

Job Description

Lead end-to-end UX efforts from discovery through delivery for complex product initiatives.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to define product direction and user experience strategy.

Transform complex datasets, workflows, and user needs into intuitive and scalable experiences.

Create customer journeys, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making.

Use research insights, usability findings, analytics, and product metrics to inform design decisions.

Contribute to design standards, patterns, and best practices while helping elevate design maturity within the organization.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of UX experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or workflow-based systems.

Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Figma Make experience

Experience with Figma tokens/tokenization is a significant advantage because it supports structured design systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Experience with copilot or another AI platform

Experience in an Agile methodology

Experience working in enterprise applications within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or any other data heavy industry.

Expertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.

Experience translating research insights and behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.

Experience designing data-intensive, analytical, or configurable user experiences is highly desirable. Familiarity with Visual Studios or GitHub is a plus
