UX Designer
Lead end-to-end UX efforts from discovery through delivery for complex product initiatives. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to define product direction and user experience strategy. Transform complex datasets, workflows, and user needs into intuitive and scalable experiences. Create customer journeys, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making. Use research insights, usability findings, analytics, and product metrics to inform design decisions. Contribute to design standards, patterns, and best practices while helping elevate design maturity within the organization.
