Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.This is a 4th shift position working 12 hour shifts from Friday to Sunday + 4 hours worked within the week which includes an 8% shift premium.The Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) Test Engineering team provides technical expertise to numerous manufacturing and development programs within Raytheon.

Our work involves electronic hardware for radar, missile and combat systems. The Andover, MA location has over 1 million square feet of manufacturing/production space where product is both assembled and tested.What You Will DoSupport test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for various effectors (missile) programs.Work closely with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.Interpreting test requirements, developing and maintaining test procedures, and documenting test practicesAnalyzing data to drive issues to root causeGenerating Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test processDeveloping and executing improvement projects to increase first pass yieldEngagement with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting productionEnsuring hardware requirements are met and processes are followedAssisting manufacturing operators in the testing & troubleshooting of production hardwareSupporting production test on multiple functional test platformsTravel as requiredQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.5+ year of hardware testing experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
