Also a lot of small projects, RTB, triage customer issues, and several key projects that may or may not be in in these login/profiles areas.Need someone who is experienced in running a portfolio - not just in classic waterfall project management.Need mindset that this is my portfolio and I support it even if the project doesn't have my name on it.RequirementsBlend of running a portfolio and project managementBanking apps, mobile apps, etc.Definitely helps to have some banking/fintech background.We're regulated and someone who understands that who doesn't get culture shock, it's important.Experience with deposit business and regulatory stuff such as FCCs (heavily incorporated).Education requirement – As long as they are experienced but a BA is preferred.Exp with Tableau or BI is a plus.
