Overseeing tech refresh and migration of applications, ensuring the seamless transition of data, applications, and infrastructure. Requires a cross-functional thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in successful migration executions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for facilitating the evaluation of requirements associated with DC Exit or LCM activities, and scheduling execution events.
2. Accountable for managing application team progress against the agreed upon schedule.
3. Ensure application team achieve critical milestones (requirements, migration type, migrate dates) Track the progression of the application migration/ upgrade.
4. Raise and help escalate impediments.
5. Track order placements.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to implement defined migration strategies tailored to specific application requirements.
7. Effectively communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including executive leadership and application teams.
8. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
9. Identify potential impediments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on migration projects.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in migration tools and methodologies.
2. Experience in project management, with a focus on data and infrastructure migrations.
3. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, and virtualization.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience in collaborating cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
