Built on an API-first architecture, our extensible ecosystem enables institutions to adapt quickly, integrate easily, and unlock new opportunities for growth—turning every customer interaction into a moment of clarity, confidence, and connection.Work on Terafina implementation projects configuring, building customizations and integrationsSolution customer requirements within product boundaries through configurations customizations and integrationsWork as part of an implementation team consisting of team lead, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA and BA to deliver as per project plan.Participate in customer and partner interactions throughout the project for requirements and solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes and management, live cutover and transition supportTrain and guide freshly onboarded salesforce developers on doing configurations, customizations, integrations on TerafinaBe a contact point for Terafina support team for handling delivery issues reported by customers via the support teamWilling to work with the teams across US and IndiaExperience & Skills RequiredExperience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDXStrong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end usersTechnical project management experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsUnderstanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API Experience using GitHub or other version control softwareExperience integrating Salesforce with other applications9-12 years previous development experience preferably in SalesforceExperience with projects or products in banking domain is preferred but not requiredStatement to Third Party AgenciesTo ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
