Remote Engagement - Senior Technical Business AnalystSeeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to work with project leads, business, developers and other SMEs to develop and document release notes, back out procedures, perform QA on technical requirements and fill gaps, help with coordination of cutover activities; review production bugs, day 2 items, project change requests and create a repository for quick reference after go-live. Identify, document and communicate risks, issues, decision points, action items ensuring clear understanding and alignment while quickly working with relevant teams on creative solutions or mitigation plans.Skills & Requirements5+ years in business systems analysis with mastery of requirements gathering and process definition on corporate-wide enterprise solutionsA demonstrated track record of success in forging and developing excellent relationship with project team, key business partners and stakeholdersProven record of bringing structure and ingenuity through business analysis best practices, methodologies and frameworks.Strong technical skills, including experience with databases, programming languages, and understanding of system architecture, integration and software application development processes.Ability to effectively prioritize, manage aggressive timelines and professionally navigate high pressure situationsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedManage blockers and impediments to the release planIdentify and mitigate project risksDevelop and maintain project plans to track milestones and detailed tasksTrack open issuesWrite and communicate project statusIssue weekly project status reportsStrong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
