Senior Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission Starting at 8%

Our client is experiencing a significant increase in business and hiring demand and is looking to add an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to the team.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who wants to join an organization with active client relationships, consistent requisition flow, and plenty of opportunity to produce and earn.
What You'll Do
• Manage full cycle recruiting across a variety of technical positions
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future client needs
• Screen candidates and manage them throughout the interview and offer process
• Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and prioritize open positions
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within the ATS
• Work multiple technical requisitions in a fast paced staffing environment
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within IT staffing
• Proven success recruiting for software, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, cybersecurity, or related technology positions
• Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting skills
• Comfortable working in a high volume, metrics driven environment
• Track record of placements and consistent production
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple searches
Compensation
Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure starting at 8% .
