Sr. TeamSite DeveloperJob Location: Naperville, IL Job Type: ContractResponsibilities:Resolve production Incident using the Incident Management framework, direct user activities, implement the resolution, implement recovery actions.To involve in triaging production issues in TeamSite, provide on-time root cause/solution and fix the issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Incidents.Coordinate with the Offshore team to provide a solution for production issues.Interaction with clients for project Kick-off meetings, project status meeting and for critical clarifications.Monitoring the live applications created in TeamSite/Live Site using various tools and making sure the sites are available.Responsible to create/updated content for Client public sites using TeamSite and Open Deploy.Issue analysis, identification of bugs and permanent bug fixes by doing root cause analysis and code changes.Identify the scope for automation and implement the same in a timely manner.Key Qualifications:Proficient in implementing CMS Solutions with Client Interwoven Suite of products like TeamSite, Site Publisher, Live Site and Open Deploy.Good working experience in TeamSite System Administration (Windows and UNIX), Forms Publisher, Form API, Perl, CSSDKCo-Liaison with product vendor for day-to-day support for any product issuesGood knowledge in TeamSite Workflow's - Both WFT and WFM.Primary Skills:TeamSite 7.3.2, Live Site 7.3.2, Open Deploy, Data Deploy, Site Publisher, Workflow, PERL, JAVA, J2EE, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Unix.Apart from the above listed, he/she should be having good knowledge of JAVA.Secondary Skills:AEM (Adobe enterprise Manager) knowledge.About Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007, offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
