There are NO business development requirements. Do the work you enjoy as a Tax Consultant/Accountant/Manager. But, if you do provide new business, you will be compensated.
Responsibilities
- Provide mid‑market clients with tax consultancy services
- Drive tax planning and advisory projects
- Prepare and review complex tax returns
- Research and resolve complex tax issues
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience in mid‑sized public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and multi‑state tax lawsProven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
