Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Systems/Network Engineer for a full-time opportunity with a Managed IT Services Provider. This person will act as the Technical Account Manager for one of this MSP's Healthcare clients in the Bedford, MA area. This Engineer will be sole point of contact from the MSP, and act as the IT Manager to ensure clients' documentation and SOPs are up to date, to align the client to the MSPs' technical standards, and to handle technical escalations. They will also facilitate and drive client operational meetings, evaluate client technology landscape, and present and collaborate on client evaluations with vCIO and/or Client Success Managers.
Additionally, they will proactively review client metrics and KPIs, track client product maintenance and end of life schedule, and assist with firmware and patch remediation.

Skills and Requirements
- Prior MSP experience
- Experience working in Healthcare
- 7+ years' Systems and/or Network Engineering experience
- Experience with an RMM Platform (Dato, Kaseya)
- Windows Server, MS Azure, EntraID, Exchange experience
- Experience with ConnectWise
- Firewall configuration experience - Industry related certifications
