Job Description: Senior Systems Engineer (Identity Platforms)

Position Summary

Responsible for engineering, implementing, deploying, and supporting identity platform infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer infrastructure services (Active Directory, messaging, SSO, IAM, automation).
• Maintain documentation: standards, configurations, service catalogs, roadmaps.
• Stay current with technology trends and evaluate new opportunities.
• Scale services and technologies to meet global business demand.
• Provide high-quality support to internal IT and business units.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and technical documentation.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning.
• Communicate technical topics across engineering, management, and business levels.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent technical background.
• 4+ years of experience with large-scale Active Directory infrastructure.
• Expertise in: AD administration; multi-forest environments; DNS, DHCP, GPO, Sites & Services; disaster recovery for AD; Microsoft KMS, RDP Terminal Services; domain controller maintenance/upgrades; PKI concepts and implementation.
• Preferred experience: Azure AD; Google Workspace; ADFS / SSO (SAML / OIDC); PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong risk assessment, incident/problem evaluation, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
