This hybrid role based in Portsmouth, NH is responsible for maintaining critical systems supporting 24x7 business operations while helping lead cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
The interview process includes a video round followed by an onsite interview — the process may go directly to onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and advance virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure supporting around-the-clock business operationsAdminister and optimize Microsoft Entra/M365 environments including conditional access policies, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune device management, and hybrid join configurationsLead and support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiativesAdminister VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologiesManage Microsoft Windows Server environments including patch management and change control processesSupport Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS cloud environmentsManage virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platformsOversee data center operations, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure lifecycle managementDevelop and maintain automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Bash, or PythonTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologiesMandatory Skills7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environmentStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra/M365 — conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join configurations are a hard requirementExtensive VMware administration experience including blade systems and SAN technologiesStrong Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management expertiseExperience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environmentsKnowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practicesExperience with configuration management and change control processesProficiency in scripting and automation tools — PowerShell, Bash, or PythonStrong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologiesNice-to-Have SkillsExperience managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise monitoring platformsBackground in cloud migration strategy and executionExperience in regulated or compliance-driven enterprise environments
