What will you do?Overview: Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive Systems Engineering and Integration(SE&I) support for complex intelligence community programs. Position requires facilitating systems engineering processes, configuration management, requirements analysis, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholder organizations.Core responsibilities:Execute full lifecycle systems engineering activities including requirements management, configuration management, and architecture developmentSupport risk management processes and maintain technical documentationFacilitate change management processes and coordinate requirements across diverse stakeholder groupsDevelop system architectures and maintain requirements traceability matricesProvide technical analysis and develop reports for program leadershipSupport working groups integrated product teams, and technical review boardsDevelop briefing materials and present technical assessments to senior leadershipConduct systems engineering studies and provideDo you have what it takes?Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline15+ years of systems engineering experience5+ years of Intelligence Community systems engineering experienceActive TS/SCI clearance w/PolyDemonstrated experience with systems engineering standards and methodologiesStrong facilitation and communication skills across technical and executive audiencesDesired Qualifications:Systems Engineering Professional Certification (INCOSE, ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)DoD acquisition or operations experienceExperience with supply chain management or facility infrastructure programsNRO or IC operational systems experienceMasters Degree in technical disciplinePay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
