The Role Fidelity's Associate IT is looking for a game changing individual who wants to deliver transformative IT services. We are a dynamic group of professionals looking to leverage best of breed technologies to rapidly improve the productivity and experience of Fidelity's associates. We are working in continuous synergy across multiple IT areas to change the way our associates work and collaborate. Associate IT is seeking a systems analyst to manage associate centric technical solutions deployed to the Fidelity Enterprise. The position involves use of data research and planning skills including communications management, change management, and risk management.The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)Self-starter ready to organize and drive segments of IT projectsStrong customer orientation that drives problem solvingExperienced data analyst who can develop and maintain reportsStrong understanding of End User Computing technologies including and not limited to end user devices/platform and cloud technologies.Support deployment projects across the Fidelity EnterpriseDevelop program deployment schedules in conjunction with the requesting business units and all supporting technical groupsDevelop scorecards and reporting for program status to senior management and business unitsAbility to effectively deal with rapid change in a positive manner and to lead through changing priorities.Has a strong sense of community and knows how to build strong collaboration across multiple teams and multiple levels.Strong planning, problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent prioritization skillsStrong presentation and writing skillsThe Team Associate IT is part of Enterprise Infrastructure with a charter of continually providing improvements to the Associate IT experience through individual productivity, collaboration, communications, desktop and mobile computing, and technical support capabilities.
