Experience with data analysis tools and programming with Excel, Access, PERL, java, HTML, PHP, Visual Basic for Application.
Experience with Microsoft operating systems.
Experience with Unix based systems (e.g. Linux, QNX).
Proficient with database and system administration, programming, and performance management. Proficient with scientific and operational data processing. Experience with Databases Oracle, Postgres, MYSQL.
3 to 5 years of Experience
Rail Domain Knowledge
Finance or Insurance background may be preferred
